如何用英文来写mail-询问领导的看法

以下转载的是格林先生要求我写的建议书《办公室工作自动化的改善方案》,这份报告的目的在研讨本公司实施办公室工作自动化的利弊。格林先生对我这篇报告赞誉有加,并指示我询问您的意见。

What follows is my proposal entitled "Improvement Plan for Office Automation", which I wrote for Mr. Green at his request. The purpose of this proposal is to discuss both the advantages and the disadvantages of office automation at our office. Mr. Green was kind enough to compliment me on the proposal and instructed me to ask for your comments.
