如何用英文来写mail-订购的商品仍未收到

Scenario: 在网路上订购的商品迟迟尚未收到，于是发mail去催促。

Purpose: 两个月前的二月二日，我在贵公司的线上购物网站订购下列产品，至今尚未收到。

=> 掌上电脑记事簿（产品编号： PCO-216，单价$384）

=> 网上游戏（产品编号G-373，单价$65）

请查核您的记录，并尽快将产品寄给我，谢谢。
